Currently the only way to get the simulation time is through time stamps from sensors. For synchronization with other applications (e.g. ROS nodes), it’d be very useful to have it.
Hey, if I understand correctly, I think you missed the carla.WorldSnapshot class, which stores all the temporal information of the simulation, and can be accessed from world.get_snapshot().
